Tiziana born of English & Italian parents is multi-lingual and has experienced many different European cultures. After beginning with a career in commerce and administration, then 12 years of Logistics in Airfreight her desire to help and nurture others in need led to her qualifying in Child Education as a Youth Worker with behavioral problems, together with gaining experience as a live-in career for the elderly. After moving to the South of Spain and living a sustainable life on a Finca, growing ecological vegetables, making spelt bread, goat cheese and natural creams. Here in Andalucía she spent the next 12 years looking after conflict vulnerable young teenagers re-booting them and offering them a new life. Through her work with the children and her holistic approach using Food as medicine and applying movement and relaxation therapies she was able to really make a difference in their lives.
Her passion and importance for real food, and her Intention to create food inspired by her travels which appeals to everybody and for non-vegans/vegetarians not to miss meat, fish, dairy etc., she enjoys making things with her hands, hiking and applying Sound and other therapies for well-being and relaxation. Tiziana currently works with different retreat Centre’s where she is able to incorporate her true passions. She is a Vegetarian/Vegan Chef, a Certified Yoga teacher and a Sound Massage specialist and a Body, Spirit and Mind health Instructor (certified Peter Hess® Institute, Germany). Tiziana offers sound journeys and Sound Massages using Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gong resulting in deep relaxation, cleansing and rebalancing of the mind, body and spirit. Furthermore she also offers various other therapies (Reiki, Ayurvedic Reflexology and Meditation). She is joyful and open-hearted and really enjoys the interaction with people during the retreats and embraces the opportunity to inspire, nurture and make a positive difference to their lives.
