This can be served with different crackers, tortilla chips and vegetables.

Cook, wash and drain the chickpeas and tip into a food processor. O use cooked chickpeas from a glas.
Add 1 clove of peeled Garlic, then add the tahini, water, half the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add ½ tsps. of Himalayan salt, and ¼ tsps. of fresh milled cumin then whizz in the blender until smooth
Have a taste and add more lemon juice or a splash of water to loosen, if needed, then transfer to a serving bowl.
