
Cook, wash and drain the Kidney beans and place in a food processor.
Fry the spring onions ca. 5min, then add the cumin and coriander and salt and cook for another 5 min. Take 1 Tbsp. of the spring onion mixture to the side. Place the rest of the mixture in the food processor add the harissa, a squirt of lime juice, a squirt of orange juice, cashew cream and mix until you have a smooth consistency.
Pour in a serving bowl and garnish the top with the fried spring onion and some pepper.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
